Person responsible *
This person will be responsible to make sure facilities are cleaned after use, to make sure all doors are locked and lights turned off, and to communicate ANY changes to the information on this form in a timely manner. Anything else we should know?
Is there anything else you want us to know as we are considering your event/announcement?
We can't communicate everything everyone requests, so please don't take it personally if we don't choose to promote your event. We must consider both our staff's capacity to generate communication materials and the audience's capacity to absorb info. The most effective form of communication is WORD OF MOUTH or personal communication from you, such as conversations, emails, and social media. The more you talk about the event personally to many people, the more who will participate. This is always true regardless of how many public announcements are made.
